Is this all just a ploy for the Steelers and Pirates to protect their parking interests? The offer from Alco was $10M, although it involved more land.

Twice as much land but 11x the money.

A Toby Keith restaurant? Hope he's a better cook than Kenny Rogers was.

Looks pretty good to me, chicken fried steak and fried bologna, highly rated by reviewers. Should be a good addition to make out of towners feel more at home.

That's not quite true, there are a lot of downtown commuters parking on the North Shore, and I believe that Del Monte, Alcoa and other outfits have offices over there.

Residents in the immediate area, maybe not.

But visitors, parkers, workers and students, plenty of action.
