Thanx Redbird....I have seen some pretty amazing shots on the Canon Forum taken with this camera. Hope I can find my way to those amazing photo's too someday.
Just took these pics now. My first night shots with this camera. Tried some different settings but the best ones came out in plain auto with the flash.
Great shots, Blondie! Especially like the first one. A closeup of the eyes would be a good one for the "Show Me Your Eyes" thread. Is he another regular in your 'hood?
What's Kermit sitting on ? Tripod ? Hand Held ?
Very nice !!!
Kermit is sitting on the Amazing Rake from QVC!
No tripod, that is next on my list to buy.
Thanx Tinman!

Thanx PhotogGal! I tried to get some real closeups but I could not get one in focus. I think that is where a tripod comes in.
My pond attracts tons of them. I think they are tree frogs.

On the tripod look at SLIK 700DX it comes in 3 versions with out with out head. I got mine on a steal of a deal "Free" shipping with Pan Head.... Some where here I'll get the SLIK Ball Head 800..
Ok, I edited tons of my pics in Picasa. The ones I want to email I put on my desktop and attach to email from there. How come the pics are clear on my desktop but when I email them and open them up they are all oversharpened and grainy? I just emailed some pics out and then emailed to myself to double check them....they are all the same (oversharpened). The ones I edited with my Canon software are the opposite, they look grainy and oversharpened in the folders but in email they are ok. I just doubled check on those. Wierd! ?
I must be doing something wrong.
I think the file size gets changed... in your editing soft ware should be a exclusive file for e-mail. I think the size is 400 X 600.... then theirs a " Thumb Nail View" for e-mail Once open you click on the photo and pops open to 4 inch X 6 inch on the screen...
On Picasa pick a photo.... under File on tool bar top left... open scroll down.... e-mail " Click on it" choice Outlook Express or Google Mail.... click choice.... send too .....
