Is this a sunrise? It looks like Rollins Mountain in the background, but that is East of Caribou/long/egg ponds. That also looks like the passage into Long pond just to the left of center.
I used to run down to Lincoln and fish the little lakes and ponds around it just for a change of scenery once in a while when I lived up in Aroostook County. I've fished Caribou Pond several times.

Standing on the dock, east is more or less straight ahead; Egg Pond would be to the left (north); Long Pond would be a bit to the right (south), then left (east), and more left (north) ... if that makes sense. And yes, that's Rollins Mountain in the distance.
We didn't do any fishing, but we brought along our kayaks, and had great fun exploring all three bodies of water. And the water was so clear that it took us a day or two to get over the impression that we were going to smash into rocks just under the surface of the water. :-)
