Thanks. The stand was packed with people that I didn't want to include in the shot, so most of it was of the sky so I could crop it down.

Thanks, it's really very simple, first desaturate the image and then add the red back using the colorize feature, or with a history brush.
Here's my last photo for this assignment, I'm seeing red everywhere!
