looking down from my 6th floor window.
it would be a better shot if the train was going by, but the train that runs on that track is a rush period only train, so I'm never home when it goes by.

Great shot also! The question has gotta be asked... where were you in order to take this picture? The angles look a little off for you to be up in that tree!!!

Uhm, your definition of fresh and mine are not the same. This picture was taken about two weeks ago and it fit the assignment just about right. Because I am headed out-of-town for work for two weeks I figured I would not be able to provide a more "fresh" shot. Fresh is such a relative term... I think this might be a "fresh" time to stop participating.

Hmmm...it seems to me, that some of us may not be able to get this type of shot. For example, I live in the heart of dairy farm country. There is literally nothing for me to climb up and look down from. Even the buildings here, are three story at best, with no outer areas to stand out on and look around. No waterfalls, no lighthouses, nothing like that.

So what am I to do? The only shots I have would be considered old, so the best for me to do, is sit back and enjoy the show.

By the way, that train shot, Supernerdgirl, is that the "L" in Chicago? I rode that train once! Noisy bugger, but a fun ride!
