Thank you, Dave. Actually, I used the HDR program within Corel PaintShop Pro X2 Ultimate.

I know a few people who utilize PhotoMatix, which can be found here:

HDR photo software & plugin - Tone Mapping, Exposure Fusion & HDR Imaging for photography

There are some who are real pleased with the results, but others who have used it say that with the tone-mapping involved and such, their images can turn out rather 'cartoonish' and unrealistic. I've seen various images utilizing extreme HDR and ending processing that have halo effects around objects and the saturation is a bit much. And I've seen some that was merged from 9+ photos. I had a time with three images

Yes I've tried Photomatrix and was not that impressed, in fact I haven't seen many images that have been processed in HDR that I liked all that much as most do look over processed. I think that for the foreseeable future I’ll just stick with good ole regular processing.
