Am I the only one not able to see a couple of the entries in each category this month? For example, in the theme category, I cannot see US Air Force Memorial or Florida Sunset. There's no thumbnail, and no photo.

Just looked to make sure. All 13 full size photos are there. My wife also checked.
Not all photos have 'thumbnails' it depends on how the user uploads. Re-boot your computer?
Does the "30 days" rule apply to the monthly theme contest, too? It seems like because the theme restricts everyone's photo selection enough, the date limit doesn't make as much sense but I just wanted to clarify.
