I tried looking at houses down in the southern area of phx and had to turn around the smell was SO bad! I couldn't believe the amount of people that live there though!

Well, the temps did drop lower than 65 during the day and to us that's cold. You have to remember that we get 115 degrees in the summer and we get used to the warmer weather. We are a desert. Plus, that weather changed literally overnight and caught us off gaurd. We were way below normal temps.

The cities you are narrowed down to area all great. You can't go wrong.

Default Queen Creek upcoming goldmine

Folks,

If you are looking for the best investment and a nicer home for your money choose Queen Creek. I moved to QC from Oregon and I am very happy with our choice. With the recent completion of the 202 loop that finished extending from Chandler to the outskirts of QC, around Williams gatewat Airport and through highway 60, it is amy easy commute bertween the two cities. At most it takes me 20 minutes from far QC in pinal county to Chandler at the I10 and 202 where Chandler Fashion Plaza is. Huge buisinesses are being put in every where and QC will be the next Chandler or better! Not to mention that from QC you just hop up the 202 or Ironwoon and on to the 60 and over to the most beautiful mountains and lakes and nature in the State, all of which is only about 25 to 35 miles from where I am in East QC. Buying now while the prices are still so awesome puts you in the seat for owning a future half a million dollar home ++ for 200k or less. Hope to see you moving in soon!!!! Dan

There is no way it takes just 20 minutes to the I-10... it takes more than 20 minutes just to get to the 220 on Gilbert, which is the fastest way to the 220 at the moment as there is construction going on at all the other connections in the area. Even doing 100 in the 65mph highway wouldn't be enough to get you there in 20 minutes!

Default you must me way out there

Take50min,

you must be way out there at Johnson Ranch, and I feel for you guys way out by the mountain. It is getting better though for you and not to metion all of the new roads and widened roads they are putting in. Don't take roads under construction or you will be waiting a long time!!! Mapquest it from Ironwood and Ocotillo(which is far east Queen Creek) crossroads to the Chandler Fashion Center on the I10 and 202 and you will see that the distance is only 23 miles, so traveling at 100 miles per hour would actually only take you apx. 13 minutes, but please don't drive that fast because it is dangerous. The speed limits range from 45 to 65 and most people do 50 to 75. So really the time it takes to get from E Queen Creek to Chandler Fashion Plaza is apx 23 minutes if you take construction free roads. Next year everyone of these main road should be brand new and nice driving roads. Have fun!
