I have stayed there before for quite awhile while dealing with a probate issue.

That is by far their best location with Fresh and Easy next door, being in the center of town and within walking distance to the light rail.

It runs around $225 or so weekly and in the $700's on a monthly rate. After 30 days there is no tax on your rent. I never had any trouble with management. As long as you pay your rent on time and don't create any problems they won't bother you. They have full cable plus HBO and wireless internet access is $5.00 per week

They accept pets and none of the neighbors were a problem for me.

You just need to provide your own linens, dishes, vacuum and microwave. I put a slip cover over the couch as I didn't want to sit on a couch used by various tenants.

The police cruise through there all the time, I guess that is because of the transient nature of some of the tenants. Some tenants are single people who have been there for a long time.

I would say it is a good deal for you if you want a 1 bedroom apartment feel without the lease or credit check hassles, and want to be able to move without any notice when the time arises.
