Flying in to Phoenix before NewYear and looking for a furnished rental just for myself for 3 months till I figure out where exactly I want to move.
I have hurt my back quite badly & will not want to be driving for a while.
Can anyone recommend a place or specific community that is close by to amenities/shops etc... but yet is reasonable quiet & has a heated pool/hot-tub or Health club nearby.

Off the top my head, there is an extended stay/monthly place at 27th Ave and Yorkshire in Phoenix that is close to a huge shopping/restaurant area (Target, Officemax, Petsmart, AMC movie theatre, numerous restaurants) and there is also a Costco right across the street. I recall seeing banners advertising $800/month in the past. I remember seeing online that the tenants there aren't the best kind of people but I think that comes with a lot of these extended type places, the area isn't bad though, a little older but ok.
