47th & Baseline strikes me as the best address. 35th and baseline is real near the lake so if you like to fish (catfish, bluegill, bass in summer and trout in winter) that is good. You are getting more into dairy country near 67th Ave (some object to the odor).

Stay away from Southern. The other two are better. 47th, closer to shopping, less of what Laveen is about. 67th, more space, farms, mountain.

I live near 35th ave & dobbins. i have lived in mesa for 20 years and just moved to laveen. i love it out here. this neighborhood is small and i have a golfcourse to the north- which makes the temperature seem just a bit cooler. theres also a nursery. also a park with a lil lake and library. i like 35th because my small neighborhood isn't surrounded by other neighborhoods. actually just beyond the backyard block wall is a family farm. in the morning just before work i have tea, stand on a chair, and watch the peacocks, goats, donkeys, and horses wake up to

iluvchear, I hear ya.i have an option of choosing
2600 sqft- 240k -47 ave , baseline, 131$/mo hoa - small back yard, cant fit a pool
2750 260k- 35 ave,baseline, 36$/mo hoa- bigger back yard, can fit a pool

But I feel 47th ave is close to shopping on 51st ave and comes under laveen looks better neighbourhood. But I have to compromise without a swimming pool.

Wat ya guys think

I would be happy to have a pool, but if 47th ave is better, i may compromise for a spa
