Every city has its areas of the unknown whether it be neighborhoods, homes, or just a random rock formation. What mysterious areas or certain buildings of Phoenix and the outlying areas has baffled you? The Superstition Mountains, Hotel San Carlos, and an old abandoned cape cod looking home down the street from me has always mystefied me. And for any area that spooks you, please feel free to add a story as to why you think it is.

How about Mystery castle on the north side of South Mountain? I've never been but since it has mystery in the name thought it might fit your " mysterious areas or certain buildings " idea.

there's a house on the south side of Lookout Mt. ,older house among newer, has a maze made out of junk and old cars on an acre property. heard tales of kids sneaking in there late at night just to check it out. I've only peeked at it over the fence.
