I predict that this is going to confuse a lot of people if the mockup just looks like flat conventional signage.

Can't they plaster the outside of the Gallery? Of all the worthless blank spaces you'd think they'd go with that one first, not the roof of a historic building.

I'd prefer they knock that eyesore down and start over. The city could even fill in that wonderful parking lot at 8th and Market where Disney Quest was supposed to have stood.

To me, I think the city should do away with the 10-year tax abatement except in TOD overlay districts.
(maybe keep a 5-year abatement for the rest of the city).
