I'm a lot more interested in whether Amazon is sincere about " re- opening" the HQ2 process and whether Phila. actually has a chance. Wouldn't that be something if we truly did?

They said they weren't reopening the selection process.

Philadelphia should have been the pick all along... but It goes to show Amazons logic, which is they are doing what they want.

I would have preferred all of Amazon in NYC rather than DC because Philadelphia would have felt more of the effects. DC is too far away for it to really matter for Philadelphia.

I also hope Amazon doesn't double down on DC (they said they aren't right now), I don't know if the ego in that town can get any bigger.

Well, I didn't see that just the "pullout" from LIC, Queens.

Yes - a private club for the Millennial generation.

Late to the party? We've done five stories on this already - one a print mag feature on the club overall (March 2018 issue) and the other four online: one on the restaurant Kevin Sbraga will run, one on the huge (25k sf) fitness center, one on the function space (which will be available to the general public and is already open), another on the hotel rooms (ditto, and guests enjoy club access during their stays; they open along with the rest of the club this spring).

Best line was in the second paragraph of John Marchese's print feature; I repeated it in my piece on the hotel rooms:

"The first rule of Fitler Club is: TALK A LOT ABOUT FITLER CLUB."

We've been doing our part. And this is the first thing the Inky's run about it?

I have known about it, just figured it was worthy sharing an update.

- Millennials became optimistic, thanks to their encouraging Baby Boomer parents and growing up in a time of prosperity and opportunity. Generation Z will be realistic, thanks to their skeptical and straight-shooting Generation X parents and growing up in a recession.
- 71% of Generation Z said they believe the phrase "If you want it done right, then do it yourself."
- 77% of Generation Z expect to work harder than previous generations.
