Hi!

I'm looking for some suggestions for some really cute Halloween costume ideas for a mom and her babies.

Any suggestions?

Dress like a farmer and dress the baby (or babies) in cow costumes. I also think Disney has some options such as Winnie the Pooh and baby is the pot of honey.

Is she making the costumes or buying them? How many little ones?

How about a witch and some little pumpkins?

Oh the possibilities. The mother could dress like a pea pod and the little ones could be the peas. (if there is more than one baby)

Mother could dress as the Cat In The Hat and babies could be Thing 1 and Thing 2.

Mother could dress as Willy Wonka and dress the baby/ies as Oompa Loompas.

Mother could dress as an adult Who or the Grinch, or Horton and dress the baby/ies as little Who/s.

Mother could dress as Dorothy and little one/s could either be Toto or The Scarecrow, The Lion and the Tin man.

Mother could dress as a Shepherdess and the little one/s could be the little lamb/s.

Mother could dress as Miss Spider (from Miss Spider's Sunny Patch) and the little one/s could dress as the youngins that live with her.

Mother could dress as the mother cat from the Aristocats and the little ones could go as her kittens.

Mother could dress like Snow White and little one/s be dwarfs.

Mother could dress as the wicked witch from Wizard of OZ and the little one/s could be flying monkeys.

Mother could dress like a mother duck and little one/s could be duckling/s.

There are so many possibilities to choose from. Just let your imagination run. Good Luck and have fun.

Dress your baby as grapes, and you as wine. People get better with age, no?

When my kids were little, I dressed as Cruella DeVille and dressed my kids as dalmatian puppies. (my costume was made mostly with stuff I had at home, the wig, long gloves and long cigarette holder were purchased. That and bright red lipstick and you're set. The kids costumes were modified from inexpensive store-bought ones.)

We even won a costume contest!

It was also quite funny to be driving to the Halloween party and to pull up alongside another car with kids in it. I really did look like Cruella!

One of my favorite costumes I saw was in the Martha Stewart Magazine. The mom dressed in white and sewed on string to her clothing to look like the web. The baby was then put in a black sweat suit, with socks stuffed as legs, so the baby was the spider in the web. Really cute. Hard to describe....
