Thing is that my daughter seems to be handling it quite well, I mean she told us about it, she explained that she isn't "interested" or anything, but I have serious apprehension especially considering this boy has had no problems telling all the younger kids in the neighborhood that there's no such thing as Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny in the past, and I fear what this kid might do when he's armed with the knowledge of what sex is.......

My cousin just found out her 6th grade boy has been talking about bj's left and right to his friends and exactly what they are and how he can't wait for one. IMO 4th graders playing doctor wouldbe over the top, but a sixth grader... hell no, that's not appropriate ever.

Being 37 years old, I have been both ages before, so yes, I've more than seen it, and I think you are exaggerating the difference severely. (Furthermore, I do not believe that "different levels of development" is sufficient proof that one party is being coerced or harmed.)
(When I was in school, grades 4-6 were in the same homeroom. Granted it was a smaller school.)

And you weren't exposed to the stuff kids are exposed to today. ie. Porn on demand on any screen they want.
