Don't know about AT&T, but it sort of blows my mind that people act like children are spoiled for having phones. Now that there are unlimited calling and texting plans, it doesn't cost much more to add a phone to the plan. I believe ours costs $9.99 for an additional phone and then an additional $5 for unlimited texting. But we added the $15 unlimited texting plan for the entire group so it's really less than $5 per person. Those taxes and surcharges add up though. If I take my entire cell phone bill and divide it by the number of phones, it comes to $25-$30 per phone.
I had a great breakfast with my friend! In short bit, I'll be leaving to take my son to the dentist. (He hates dentists!) The good and the bad all in one day. At least there's balance.
I just had a geyser in the front yard. One of the drip system "heads" (or whatever they're called) blew. Thankfully, I happened to look up and see it. Meanwhile the guy across the street (who is a little strange) and the two guys painting are standing there watching it. Water is hitting their trucks! Do they come and tell me? Nooooo. And they know I'm home I gave them a wave when I turned it on an hour ago.
This same neighbor had a water main break under his house when he was gone and I called the water department for him to come turn it off. Otherwise water would have flowed down the street for three days.

DD is about done - she has one final left next week...Hard to believe she'll be graduating from college this time next year. DS will be out in a few weeks too....then it's senior year for him - yikes.

Reason: because ....
Aaargh. So the verizon man finally comes over to fix my internet, which has been out for a few days now, and lo and behold! it works while he's here.
So there's nothing been done about it. So what will happen is I'll post a brilliant and well thought out response to a post and it will go out again just as I hit the submit button. Or something like that.
I can't believe my kids only have 4 weeks left of school. This year has flown by.
j/k - I can't believe you are enabling your son by looking for a better plan for him!
Har, har! Yes, we're horrible parents, I know! Screwing him up for life.
Funny you should mention the school year ending - DS and I were sitting out in the back yard while he was home for lunch and I was just thinking that it feels like the year should be over with by now! Weather is so nice today - I know he didn't feel like going back to school for the last class.
Each year seems to fly by faster the older they get
