Do you ever type out a response to a thread and then delete it before you even post? I just did that in the Octomom thread. I had a snotty response, but held back. I am so proud of myself.

Here's a cool video, the life of a man and a woman, one in Paris, the other in New York, living their respective lives in splitscreen view, until finally they meet.
What do you guys do when all your kid wants is a hot dog for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I make Toddler X eggs, bacon, toast or sausage and he will eat the sausage or have a hot dog leaving the rest. I make him spaghetti or some other hot meal for lunch and he will cry until he has a hot dog. I make dinner and he would rather have a hot dog (only exceptations is if I make a chicken curry or a flank steak with chimchurri sauce). Anybody gone through this?
If he was the only one eating, I'd let him have a hot dog, but no more than once a day. If I were cooking for others as well as him, he'd eat what everybody else does. And if it were just him and he'd used up his hot dog already at breakfast...oh well. In the words of....um...somebody...."you get what you get and you don't throw a fit".
And if we run out of hot dogs, I'm not making a special trip to get more.
a downpour just passed over. We were stuck under a picnic shelter at the park. Ooo now I hear thunder.
