I like their site design. That's a very creative way to format it.

Speaking of ice cream, did you make any yet?
Did you see their beet ice cream?

We have not made ice cream yet, life has been crazy busy. Strawberry sorbet is first on the list, I am looking at various recipes. Due to my "Yes Tourettes" a friend and I hosted our end of season swim banquet last night for 300 thankless-bastards! No, it was fun, just a lot of work. My sister arrived yesterday too, so I have been a bit busy. Now we have lots of fun ahead.

Holy carp! 300 is a lot of thankless-bastards.

I have not made a sorbet yet. Beet ice cream sounds very interesting. I've seen a lot of avocado ice cream made on the chef shows. That sounds good too.

Just a tip - always keep the ice cream bowl in the freezer, or you won't be able to make it when you get the urge. And it's a lot softer than store bought, so factor in a little extra freezing time.

thanks for the b-day wishes! I'm going off my diet for the day. Pasta and wine for dinner! I've lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks. I hope 1 dinner doesn't set me back to far!

It's a well-known fact that anything you eat on your birthday has zero calories.

BTW - I had a homemade brownie this morning for breakfast. That's counts as a cooked meal, right?

You're a mere infant! Happy birthday, and maybe the dentist will let you go in the treasure box since it's your big day....
