Little Ralphie & Lola

Bonus Question:

Wow I was surprised when I opened sliding door and went out on the patio and found 3 really fat raccoons hanging out on the birdfeeders in the garden

lol they were so funny the shepherds hook that the birdfeeders hang on was bending over from their weight.
I clapped my hands and they just gave me this "whatever, we are busy look"
I told them "Lola want to come out to go potty so they better go" yeah that worked
Finally Lola spied them from the familyroom window started barking and they decided they needed to be on the other side of the fence. So they waddled to the fence and over.
When I let her out she ran like a bullet and was bouncing around the yard chasing the raccoon smells

I was a big city fireman for my entire career. I could relate all kinds of stuff that fall under these descriptions, but I'm pretty certain my post would get deleted for breaking the family friendly clause of this forum, so I'll stifle myself at this point.

1954 - 1st regularly scheduled commercial flights over North Pole begins - I've never been.
1969 - Wendy's Hamburger chain opens - I do like their cheeseburgers. Their salad's aren't bad either.
1986 - For the 2nd time Saturday Night Live uses a time delay (Sam Knison hosts) the fist was 1975(Richard Pryor was host) - They probably should use a little time delay. I mean, I know it's Saturday Night "Live", but sometimes things are said accidentally that shouldn't be said on the air. That equals trouble!!

[CENTER]Today's Question(s):

Any strange, unusual or out of the ordinary things you have done while at work ? I'm a special educator, so out of the ordinary things happen all the time. Not something I did, but a story one of the kids told me. He went to visit his grandma at the hospital and she got up to go to the bathroom. He said all he could see were "mushy apples" and "It was not a pretty sight." So, be careful! You never know what your kids/grandkids are reporting about you at school.

Extra Credit Question:
As suggested by one of my favorite Mods

Time for some "embrace the cuteness"

Post your "oh how cute pet pictures" here !! See below. I'm really bad with posting pictures. This is a picture of my older daughter and my granddaughter, Anna. They're in the woods behind my house with their dog, Leila. I have a cat, Quinn, who is small but looks like a Maine Coon cat and a bunny, McPhee, named after a jazz musician. Phee used to live at school and was a help in getting reluctant readers to read. The kids would sit on the floor and read to Phee. He also helped in calming kids down. One little one who didn't want to come to school eventually came only because he spent time with Phee before going to his classroom. Phee would still be at school, but one of the custodians is highly allergic to him.

For those with no pets you can post any of your "oh so cute pictures" I love the pics!

Bonus Question:

Wow I was surprised when I opened __the porch door__________ and found __a squirrel inside the "squirrel proof" birdfeeder.

mall.
