Wings and Beer is my idea of a "perfect" meal....because I can get all 5 food groups!
Wings = protein
Celery/carrots = veggie
Blue cheese dressing = dairy
Beer (specifically Corona) = carbs
Lime (now you know why it has to be Corona!) = fruit.
Pizza. You have your meat group (sausage and ham). Your milk group (cheeses). Your veggie group (olives, bell peppers and tomatoes). And you get your bread group...the crust.
Chili with shredded cheddar, garlic toast and beer. Meat (protein), tomatoes, onions and hot peppers (veg and lots of Vit-C), beans (fiber), dairy, bread and garlic. And beer, the water of life.

Make it a Hawaiian pizza and you get your fruit too!

My perfect meal:
1. Filet of fish (or filet of chicken)
2. Baked potato
3. A vegetable (broccoli, green beans, or corn) or a salad (variety of veggies)
4. Tall glass of soymilk (or rice milk). Those are the only kind of milk I'll drink.
