Cheese omelette, fries and a green salad (with a few tomatoes thrown in for good luck), all washed down with a cold Coca-Cola. Not exactly the healthiest of meals but I don't have it very often so when I do I like to indulge.
Barbequed Sirloin with Mushrooms. Baked Potato with all the fixings. Tossed Green Salad.
Beverage: depends on what time of year - summer: beer, winter: red wine.
I'm sure all the food groups are taken care of in that. If not, who cares? Love steak! That would be my Last Meal too.
Pizza baby! It may not be healthy, but always delicious.
A close second for me would be chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, a piece of corn on the cob, and a slice of dutch apple pie for dessert..yummy!

Beef taco: meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, cornmeal from shell. More tomatoey substance from salsa. That with refried beans on the side... maybe some rice.... maybe an ice cold Sessions beer. Perfecto.
