No No No!!! When I see a critter I'm thinking it's a potential pet. I'll act like a complete fool talking to whatever it is - usually birds - and trying to feed them so they will come closer.

A few months ago, we came around a curve and a baby bobcat was sitting in the middle of the road. Without hesitation, I got all excited and jumped out of the car... 'cuz I wanted to pet it! Der!
Of course the cute kitty ran the second the car door opened and my hubby was stunned and just sat in the car shakin' his head at me.
I got back in the car all sad that I didn't get to pet it... and my husband gives me "that look" and says, "You do know it's big bad Mommy was watching you the whole time!". LOL
