Today's Questions:
Famous or not, name an older person or persons you think of as attractive: Sean Connery

Extra Innings:
Did you ever dream of being a sports pro or Olympian? When I was a teen, I dreamed of being an Olympic figure skater like Peggy Fleming.
If so, which sport(s) or which would you like to be good at for the fun of it? I just told you.

Foodie and Bevvie Q:
What foods or drinks do you like for refreshments on a hot day? To drink, lots of cold water; maybe an Arnold Palmer. To eat, something served cold, such as chicken salad.

Just for fun:
What are you going to do with all the time saved by writing abbreviations? I won't be saving any time that way, as I rarely write in abbreviations. It annoys me to read text abbreviations and I don't plan on going there anytime soon.

Today Includes:
Day of the Cowboy Ride 'em, cowboy!
Gorgeous Grandma Day
Hot Dog Day
"Hot Enough For Ya?" Day
Refreshment Day
Vanilla Ice Cream Day

Today's Quote:
"Anything you lose automatically doubles in value." *LOL* That's so true!
~ Mignon McLaughlin, author

Today’s Word:
mutt [muht] noun
Slang, a domesticated canine of the Heinz 57 variety
My mom used to refer to herself as a mutt because she had ancestors from several European countries.

Happy Saturday! Happy weekend, everyone! Yay!

That glass of Sangria in Lucille's pool last night was pretty fun.
Just for fun:
What are you going to do with all the time saved by writing abbreviations?

Ride my bike, which I didn't do last night. I came home from Lucille's intending to ride but I sat down to watch some TV and wait for the traffic to die down and passed out cold. Must have been the wine and the night swim. That and eating taco's outside in hot muggy weather and watching this crazy Italian film. Fun night.
