Blizzard warning today,30 cm of snow and once everything is over snow shoveling,cross country skiing and tobogganing this week..yay

Not going outside if I don't have to. Ah, but I'll have to, sooner or later since the dogs just finished their dinner. The back yard is still quite icy. Our 70 lbs Black Lab was sliding around like it was an ice rink. Some points he was able to crush through but maybe just 1 or 2. I'll go under the deck and hold onto a post . The other dog is easier. Doesn't need a leash on in the fenced in backyard. Oh, it's quite cold out there too. I'm dressed warmly but in the house on the sofa with a blanket is sooooo much more better. I wonder why
