Jezer.. I think the slow response is caused by data travelling across the Pond.... I'll use my computer expertise and say that.. with a web site that's here in the United States, the response will be a little slower...
It's a lovely morning here however we had fun and bloody games yesterday.
Mrs J got roped in to book something up online and was led a merry dance on a crap website.
Two and a half hours later she finally got through to the payments screen only to be kicked out on payment validation.
The problem lay in the volume of online traffic it was trying to handle, not a massive demand by nature of those eligible.
The POTD is;
Websites that can't handle the volume.
I've found C-D to be slow quite often in the past several days. It's very frustrating. I wish they'd increase their bandwidth or whatever it is that makes a website go faster.

I haven't had too many problems with overcrowded websites, but my peeve today was going to the CNN website and trying to read a story, only to have the page keep jumping up and down as various ads kept loading.
