Must dash- sorting out rodent problems in the roof, so today's peeve is;

Getting rid of pests- your choice what they are!

As far as I know, the only way to really get rid of them on a long term basis is hire an exterminator....

I know people like that They can be harder to get rid of than the bugs and rodents

It can be really hard to get rid of them!

Here the main problem is "palmetto bugs" - meaning huge roaches. Yuk. We don't have tons of them but from time to time one comes in, and that's just gross.

Human ones I just avoid. Others I use the appropriate exterminating procedure, bamm, smack, squish, spray...

Jezer, you are really having a bad run of luck. I hope things get better soon for you. Pesty rodents are much easier to get rid of of than the two legged sort.

A very good peeve today. One we can all relate to, in one way or another. Thank you.

My pests are squirrels. I'll be sitting at the computer or lying in bed early in the morning and I'll hear this thump coming from overhead. I know it's the squirrel(s) jumping from the tree branch to the rooftop, but 9 X's out of 10 I jump from the sound...
Those rascally critters need to find someplace else to play...STAY OFF MY ROOF,darn you...
