Indeed, though worse things have happened at sea, as the saying goes.
All I can say is that it pays to know that your house is well maintained. Fancy fittings count for nothing if you then find out that the pipes carrying water round your house were not the best quality.
I dispatched a couple of mice last night and the exterminator is due in this morning.
