Good morning peevers.
Mrs J was telling me about a co-worker manager who has organised for everyone in the department to congregate for an announcement that he is leaving.
Big deal!
He does seem to be hoisted by his own petard!

Fortunately, I've spent 73 years in one place, with down-to-earth people, mostly living in farming communities and rural towns. I never encountered any natives here with that ME, ME, ME, attitude.
BUT.....since we've had lots of people move here from elsewhere, that has changed. Don't know where these people were raised, but some of them have giant chips on their shoulders and think it's All About Them.
Great Peeve, Jezer! Thanks for letting me get that out!
Yeah, I know exactly what you are talking about with a man like that. Seems like there is at least one in every business.
Bummer!
Jezer the pics are delightful! And ohhhh so reminiscent of home... Florida. The buildings just scream "Flagler" to me. Very much like what is in St. Augustine. Simply lovely! It has been a long, long time since I've been there.
St. Augustine is my favorite place to be in Florida! But you said Gulf Coast, so that leaves out St. Augustine.
I'm off to Bristol in a few minutes in order to take Miss J to her new apartment with the last of her stuff prior to starting Year 2 at Uni.

Ha - I worked side by side with lawyers for about 25 years. Need I say more?
