Every now and then I too can be thankful for these two things here at this old farm house.

I recently spoke (2 times) with an old friend from the 1970s. He knows pretty much everything about me.

He once drove my mom to the hospital for a test. Mom was in her 80s and had a hard time getting herself together in the morning. He went to her house early, drove her there, walked her in, and checked her in. He made sure that she got to the correct area and wasn't confused about what was going on.

I guess that you can pay for that, but I don't have that much money.

can't rep you again, PJ but thank you. Means a lot.

Thankful for a home that's mine. It's not spotless. Will never be seen on HGTV or House Beautiful or whatever but it's mine and I'm grateful.
