Good morning peevers.

Funny, isn't it- you think you've got a bit of a problem and moan away only to find out that there are others struggling through far worse than you.

As you may know we've are having computer problems here and I found out that our server had a national crash on Tuesday whilst upgrading its service.

I'd asked taigagirl if she could help out as she often does only to find out that she also has major internet issues where she is, AND -40F temperatures!

It makes you grateful for your own situation, and also gives me the idea for today's peeve (thanks taiga and very best wishes).

Today's peeve;

People not realising how well off they are compared to others.

Good one Jezer. So true and so common. I complain about this and that but I often remind myself it could be much worse. There are certainly many better off than I. But, I am fortunate in many ways and must count myself as lucky for the most part.

Compared to Bill Gates and Warren Buffet I'm not comparably well off...

this is funny!

I hear you. Some people complain incessantly about things...they have everything and still complain. I just shake my head in disbelief!

I call this the magical kingdom syndrome. People like that don't begin to understand the struggles of the poor.

You don't have to be rich to have it all ( although I'm sure it would be more fun) Sometimes all it takes is a small disability to help you see what you have right in front of you.

No but we don't get hounded by money grubbers all the time either And they may always wonder if people like/love them because of "them" and not their money.

This is so true. I constantly hear people complaining about really small things. They don't have a clue about real hardship.

Yes..we all gripe and moan and groan occasionally, but we need to remember the big picture. There are so many people with so many bigger problems than a lot of us. I am so thankful I have never lost my home, possibly losing family and friends, and all my belongings from one of Mother Nature's storms. I cannot imagine how that must be.

I find it best to be realistic but still look on the bright side...every day. We all have things to be thankful for...every single day!!

Steve Jobs used to be there with them and look how that turned out. Money can make you worry less but it still cannot guarantee a good life
