LOL..
I came up with five:

1 -The moderator, who has to make sure the light bulb meets building regulations and is not a fire hazard
2 - A Conservative, who'll research all internet sites to find the cheapest, most reliable and brightest light bulb, and purchases it from a company he owns stock in.
3 - A Liberal, who won't do it unless he and everybody else are represented by the Lightbulb Changers union, local 459, and will keep the old bulb and paint it in rainbow colors.
4- An environmentalist, who'll only stand there and criticize the group for not using natural light.
5 - A New Yorker, who's impatient and will yell "Just change the $%&@@n' $%%&*n' @@##$ light bulb, I gotta $#%%&* Yankee game to go to here!"

There's also the Forums server adminstrator, nobody can see him but he's somewhere in an office monitoring everybody. He decides to outsource some of the more complex light bulb change jobs from 3 forumers from India, who have accents nobody can understand and he's willing to pay them 4 times as much as regular forum members.
