I saw a Mama robin feeding her babies this morning. I can see the nest from the window on the landing upstairs. I watched her carefully tend to her young, and it is such a beautiful and intricate part of nature. Makes me smile.

Taigagirl, what a treat it must be to watch Mama Robin and her babies. So many of the great things in life are free. You just have to slow down and pay attention sometimes.

My cat did her normal morning dash out the door today....then realized it was raining. The look on her face? Priceless. OMG what is THIS??? LET ME BACK IN RIGHT NOW!!!

I saw rain late this afternoon. We are in a serious drought so that was a beautiful sight.
