I didn't have to go any further than the op's first post to relate to this thread. I also owned a 1967 Plymouth Barracuda. I owned it while I was in high school in 1968. I had the second newest car in school. I was driving back home to Hartford from partying in New York City one morning in late 1970 and smashed up the whole right side. I fell asleep and hit the only car on the highway which was parked in the right breakdown lane.
I haven't had my most favorite car yet. It's probably a motorcycle anyway.
Here is a picture of the Barracuda I owned that I found from the cool website below.
My first car that I bought myself was a Subaru Legacy wagon. I sold it at 212,000 miles. I heard it was still on the road 3 years later. I called it the Granny wagon.
My favorite car after this was my '74 shiny black Camaro, quick-shift, 350 Edelbrock, complete with sway-bars & fuzzy dice. Funny...I got noticed in this one.
First car I drove regularly but wasn't mine was my dad's 1968 Chevrolet Biscayne.
First car that was mine was a 1978 Ford Thunderbird.
Favorite car was my 1987 Toyota 4WD pickup.
Current car is a 1997 Ford F-150 Supercab 4WD.
