Same here

I'm all day thinking about going to bed, and when I'm in the bed I can't fall asleep . I usually go to bed almost 1 hour before I finally fall asleep

I would try to watch some TV but our stupid TV makes this really loud beep when you turn it on and I don't want to wake my hubby. It can't be turned off at least according to the manual. I'll have to call Sony about that. Why do companies design such stupid things? I really don't need to announce to anyone within hearing distance that I am turning the TV on
Is it a Sony Trinitron? We have one and I know what ya mean about the beep...annoying!
Waking up to pee is another annoyance which I seem to do every night once or twice.GRRRRRRRRR!

seems to be if I have a bad day I can't sleep at night simply because of thinking about issues. A small glass of wine could help, but then I'd have to get out of bed for that and it's dark in the house without lights on. I'd get lost between the bedroom and the kitchen. I'm staying in bed for now.

Oh yeah, I hate that! I've had more bouts with insomnia lately than ever before and it's no fun.

Sleep? Hmmm, seems to me I've heard about that somewhere, sometime. Oh, I remember now....it's where you go to bed, close your eyes and drift off into dreamland. Yeah, that's it. Might try that sometime.

Thanks to everyone for your great input.

Nornally I have no problem but every once in a while I have trouble for a spell. Last maybe a week or so. Then I'm good.
Now last night slept like a baby
