Ifrec! It's a great time to buy real estate! I'm selling, I outsold 2007 by mid May! I opened my own brokerage late summer when my old brokerage was sold to a large chain. We are selling! There are buyers out there and they can get loans despite what the news media says. We have 1-2 closings a week scheduled through mid January. I'm not complaining at all.
