A word about the total cost ...

Dolphin starts at $159 (double beds or king)
Swan starts at $179 (slightly bigger rooms and queen beds or king)
then they add on resort fee of $10.99 (internet, newspaper, bottled water), a parking fee of ~$9.00 and taxes so you will be up to $180 - $200 quickly. Still a decent price for staying in a nice hotel on Disney property.

I have never had a problem staying at either hotel. Negative reviews are prevalent for any establishment ... positive comments are few and far between.

I use the 1-800-227-1500 number to talk directly to the reservation staff at the hotel to ask for the FL Resident rate.

They also have wonderful restaurants in the hotels and a 24 hour food service downstairs at the Dolphin.
