Oregon towns have many unique cultures. What is "near" mean to you? 30 minutes...one hour away?

What sized town do you want to live in and what is affordable?

I'm a little confused because someone just rep'd me and then asked for my opinion on Grants Pass and Medford...was that you?

Grants Pass and Medford are at the opposite end of the state than Portland.

How near? 30 min?
I'd consider Corbett, (25 min east) but it's short on diversity, not that should be a problem.

Boring / Sandy area is not bad either, if you can find an affordable home, you just need to search.

south I would look at areas around Aurora, as it has a good school.

SW & west offers many choices, depends on whether you want to close to Portland Metro or Portland Downtown.

NE can be Camas, WA
