I would talk to the sheriff about the problem first. That way you are on the record.

In reality, we usually end up fixing the fence ourselves to keep the animals off our land. Those type of people see no problem with their animals being on someone elses land, but if your cattle are eating THEIR grass, that is another story. We have had people bring round bales of hay through our gates to feed their cattle on our land.

The dark side of living in Hughes County.

I would call the sheriff. Let him round them up, put them in the sale barn for storage, and the owner can come get them after he pays the fines and boarding fees. Maybe he will learn to keep his stock home.

These houses remind me of the movie, "The Outsiders". Synopse, were you a greaser or a soc's?

Actually, that is someone's house. It just looks like a store. We would have a supermarket if we put out all our junk.

We would too, but no, none of our junk could ever be sold or otherwise disposed of.

That's a little bitty one, growing right through the wires! I can never bring myself to prune my crepe myrtles, but many people do and say it makes them bloom better.

Good thing that poor dog is there and I'm here. I'd probably take it, just because people who give away something like that don't deserve it in the first place.

And I'd take either one of those run down places if there was enough land with them and the price was right, just for the fun of fixing them up again.

Our neighbors bought this house pretty cheap, fixed it up, put a new roof on it, then sold it *with a nice profit* for a property with more land.

Someone else bought it and now they are buidling a beautiful house on the hill behind the present house. I am going to find out if they are going to rent out that little blue house. Its on the edge of town, but close enough to get into town for the amenities.

Those first people were a young couple who had horses. They were really nice. When lightning hit our tree and shed, that lady came over to help Don put out the fire. Even though she was preggers. That's a good okie neighbor!

We have been seeing a lot of this lately, people flipping houses, that is. I thought that was mainly an suburban practice.
