Nope. But this is great news for everyone on the orange and blue lines. You know, in case it's a bad idea to squeeze a third line through a tunnel that's already backed up with two lines. But I'm sure they know what they're doing . . .

Do they have a contract in which they lose money if they meet deadlines? If they don't, not surprised.

If it's for safety testing, then good. Metro has enough trouble as it is with safety issues.
