I have been going to Hair Port for years for my cut and color, they also offer manicures and facials. It is in the Countryside area on Pidgeon Hill Drive, 703-430-3400.

I've recently started going to Shebang, which is in the shopping plaza at the end of Lowes Island Blvd. (where Food Lion and Rite Aid are). I've only gone twice so far but I really like the quality of the cuts I've gotten. Much better than Hair Cuttery.
