Who and where was there an incident of copying and pasting?

NY pizza is the closest to the original than any other. The first "official" pizzeria in America is generally believed to have been founded by Gennaro Lombardi in Little Italy, Manhattan. He was an Italian immigrant from the late 19th century.

And oh, I guess in Mag's eyes, I and others are always wrong and she is right. Well, this time she is wrong.

Half way down the page under "Pizza in the United States"; second sentence in the second paragraph.

I understand what you're saying about there isn't one type of pizza, but honestly every slice of OF pizza that i've had, has been horrible. It's just not good. Revellos is the absolute worst, really, really bad and to serve it on a dirty looking orange tray is just not right. Terrible

I was just stating a fact, I didn't directly cut and paste it. Funny how you went to Wikipedia to confirm it. I'm glad that we can have this much fun over pizza though. Bottom line, back to the original OP, OF pizza IS overrated. We can all agree on that. I've had it and never liked it. There are so many better things to eat out there than OF pizza. Oh well, if people really like that stuff it's their loss that they are missing out on real pizza.

Well I will agree with you there sues. It's definitely not my thing and I don't get the rave reviews over it. Then again I eat Nardone's so I really have no place to talk. LOL

Actually I just copied and pasted your sentence into Google and Wiki was the first one to come up. That's how my cousin (who is a teacher) checks for plagiarism by her students.

The people who like OF pizza probably think the same of those of us who can't stand it. "Cuique suum", right?

Ellio's pizza, followed by Red Barron pizza, is the best pizza on the planet. PERIOD
