Question change of plans.

I won't be making the trip to ND.Only my husband is making the move.Im worried for him,cause he's taken Grayhound.He seem to be alright with it.He knows its going to be RUFF. He's worked in -40 below for yrs. Where would be a safe place to sleep? HELP!

If he's getting here on the grey dog, he needs to be bringing a good sleeping bag and mat. He will be living hobo style until he finds an employer with housing.

Good news is it's been warm recently, and into the foreseeable forecast.

BTW....Charmaine, are you hijacking this thread??? Or is Ktrone your hubby?? Where is he heading?? Most folks take amtrak. Buses are plenty full of wierdos, be very cautious. Other States have even sent there criminals to Williston by bus.

no jan me and my wife are going to nd as a team with a dream .it started out with me applying for jobs in nd and not getting any where fast so she tryed and got offers on her first day on her first three online apps funny how things work. so we traded the hog for a camper so we have a tep. home till we find somthing or one of us get a job with houseing.
we are packing up now so we can leave on the 30th as she has interviews the first week of april. as for me i was thinking of working out of a labor service to get a fell for things for a mounth or so till we know where we are going and start slinging apps . agine thanks for everyones help advice and sugestions. will keep this post going on the tip there and once we get there to help others on the same juroney

O one moor thing back in oct. nov. there was a guy going by golffer somthing in fla i was on here with did he ever make it out ? just wondering if anybody has heard from him
