Hello, I am moving to NC soon and was looking at Sanford as a possibility, what areas are bad and what areas are good?

If you are working at Ft Bragg, the south side of Sanford will be closest. Sanford is a small town, so if you rent a house in the country, you could be on an acre away from neighbors. Downtown has an old area and some low-rent apartments, but nothing really "bad".
