this seems really really realllllllllllllllllllllllllly small in comparison to everything you guys have mentioned but I was walking bond park in cary and was happy to see the city actually reads people's suggestions. I had asked them like a year or 2 ago about adding outdoor fitness equipment along the greenway. And today I see they are installing outdoor fitness equipment along the greenway. Yayyyyy lol, so far everything seems geared toward the upper body, granted only walked a small portion, most of machines were geared towards upper body work outs hopefully they throw in a few outdoor ellipticals too
That's pretty cool you might have had a direct influence on that though!
Duke Energy's new Metro Tower is going to look great from the angle and fill in the gap between Duke Energy Center and 400 S Tryon. Ally Center will give some nice fill between Legacy Union and DEC too.

If SunTrusr were to build a 1,000 footer (not holding my breathe but it’s not unrealistic. It could happen) in the middle of the skyline (ironically in the empty lot near the current BB&T tower), the skyline woildnresemble a crown
A befitting silhouette for the Queen City
With the new Duke Tower official being the 3rd tallest, I believe the tallies go like this now for towers:
Raleigh’s 3 tallest would be the 8th, 12th and 18th tallest in CLT in (downtown towers)
Winston’s 3 tallest would be the 12th, 13th and 19th tallest (downtown towers)
Greensboro’s 3 tallest would be the 21st, 29th and 44th tallest (downtown towers)

Would be nice if Charlotte could get some traditional-type architect to break up all the modern blue glass boxes that are starting to prevail Uptown....something like the new AC Hotel in Spartanburg:
