1 floor less of residential and 1 less of office I believe.

Parking deck sucks but literally beside that is a large electrical thing lol

PN Hoffman’s proposed new Seaboard Station development is some of the most exciting developments of the year in the state. Hoffman is one of the foremost developers in the Mid-Atlantic, and it’s telling that It has chosen Raleigh as part of its mammoth portfolio. Hoffman has done an amazing job with the DC Wharf!

I live at the wharf. Phase II starts in April.

Next door at Navy Yard though is having a huge development boom with midrisrs on every block ringing Nats Stadium and DC United’d Stadium. and nearly 15 or so cranes and a lot more to come.

This is a portion of what pretty much what all of Navy Yard looks like

Phase II of “The Yards” will be bigger than even the entire Wharf project phase I & II

Yep, I love the seamless vibrancy of The Ward, Navy Yard, and Barracks Row. Hopefully, Hoffman will bing a slice of that cosmopolitan energy to Raleigh.
