The front end is bland. Side profile reminds me of the current Chevy Impala. Interior looks fine. Some good points include vehicle weight of about 3200 lbs, good MPG on base engine, better performance, and no more torpedo tail lights. What do you think? No word yet on if they're going to make a coupe version.

They will more than likely make a coupe. It's not a bad looking car but I thought it would look better

Personally I really like the new Altima. May trade in for one when my payments are up on my current econ box in 2015

Old Altima

I'm a fan of the redesign. It looks more modern while clearly showing the styling linkage to the bigger Maxima.

The best part is the 4 cylinder version gets 27mpg city and 38mpg highway. It actually weighs about 50lbs. less than a comparably equipped Ford Focus. Compact cars just got a lot less appealing.

It has a Lexus-like front end and the overall design is evocative of the Acura TL. I think it's a rather good looking vehicle. Although the Accord is still my favorite midsize sedan, the Altima is mighty appealing and has become even more appealing with the redesign.

I love the new '13 Altima! Has anyone got inside one yet? I am wondering if it has a padded dash top now? The new Hondas disgust me... they are bland and the interior is outdated and seems cheap... too much hard plastics. All I hear about is the "all-new" 2-door Accord. The 4-door is the best selling, yet we hear nothing about it.

Everyone? It's one of the best selling cars in America. I think my opinion on the current Accord is qualified, because I drive one. It's a very comfortable, high quality vehicle.

I don't like the Accord sedan and don't think much of the coupe.
