Everyone? It's one of the best selling cars in America. I think my opinion on the current Accord is qualified, because I drive one. It's a very comfortable, high quality vehicle.
I agree... Hondas are not what they used to be. I used to be a fan of the older Accords, but not the new ones. As far as interior quality materials, I think it started declining with teh 1994 redesign and especially with the 1998 redesign. By 2008, they were nothing but cheap and hard plastic on the inside - (the entire dash is no longer padded and feels cheap). The only good thing is that they have gotten better structually and safer. I am hoping the next Accord has improved and has added more interior padding and goes higher quality like the latest Camry has.

My Accord feels just fine. I thought it was better quality than the 2012 Camry I rode in.
Dude, the volume seller 4 banger is 27 mpg city/38 mpg hwy which are huge numbers for a non-hybrid midsize sedan. Those numbers match some compact sedans' numbers. The 31 you cite is for the fast V6 engine. It's mpg numbers are 22 city/31 hwy which is still pretty good numbers for an engine as fast as this for a midsize sedan.

I really dig the new '13 Altima too. I don't know whether to wait to see if I can swing a '13 Altima's payments or just go ahead with a 2012 since I'm seeing really good deals on them. The gas mileage is really a shock to me.
Is it asking too much to put the 370z's V6 332HP into the Altima??
Won't that kill the Maxima?
