I'll guess you are looking for a rental....taking all the local issues/pluses/minuses into account...start with the apartment complex in Park Manor..off of Hooper Road..then over to the north sideof Endicott(actually 1/2 of it is in the Town of Union) where the rentals are a bit more scattered. Start around Rochester street and move south from there....If you're family is in the area, they can direct you to these places.

Most crime does happen in Central/Central West Endicott, I guess around 45 of the 53 Violent crimes happen in that neighborhood, giving that neighborhood a violent crime rate of 1200 for that neighborhood and a violent crime rate of 80 for the rest of the village. I live in the southside of West Endicott by Ideal, not even 0.5 miles from North St (majority of crime is on north st) and crime dosent seem to trickle down at all it is a VERY quiet neighborhood. There are drugs scattered throughout the village but I think that is te case for everywhere.
