Hi,

I will be working around Bronx-Lebanon hospital next year... Can anyone give me any insight as to whether the 174-175 stop off the D train
or
the Mt. Eden stop off the 4 train is a more secure walk to Grand Concourse at any time of the day or early evening for a female?

Thanks.

Default The D is right at the Concourse

the 4 is at jerome Avenue. The area is sketchy but I think you should be OK. Since the D is right at the Concourse, youw walk would be minimal; the walk from the 4 would be less pleasant

If safety is a concern, definitely go with the D train stop at Gran Conc/ E 174 St. A lot of foolishness occurs on the streets arond Mt Eden/ Jeome, especially in the evening.
